Johnson the factors affecting the Beverly plant will not impact the Millwood plant because the two are designed to serve different markets.”Our new Jackson County plant will produce mineral wool, which is a key raw material ingredient for our ceilings which is largely tied to the commercial building market,” Johnson said.That mineral wool is used to produce ceiling tiles and Johnson said the new plant is designed to give the company better control over their raw material quality and supply.”Strategically, this is an important plant for us,” she said, “and we don’t anticipate the action in Beverly will have any effect on the Jackson plant.”
